What you'll do

  • Global & Regional Collaboration: Partner with Global teams to leverage insights and best practices while ensuring UK-specific needs are met. Collaborate closely with EMEA regional stakeholders to align on priorities and share learnings across markets.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work with local product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams to implement initiatives that drive affordability, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Define UK-specific affordability metrics, set ambitious but achievable targets, and track performance against these goals, iterating on strategies as needed.

  • Market Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and pricing innovations, positioning Uber Eats as a leader in affordability within the UK market.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central voice for affordability in the UK, sharing progress and priorities through regular updates, newsletters, and cross-team meetings.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, pricing, or program management roles, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data, identify insights, and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing without authority and aligning diverse teams across local, regional, and global levels.
  • Structured problem-solving and strategic thinking to address complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
  • A bias for action and the ability to execute high-impact initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for a wide range of audiences.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Uber Eats' growth in the UK-one of its most critical markets globally. If you're passionate about affordability, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!

We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let's move the world forward, together.
