Job Summary
Weβre looking for an experienced, results-driven, and highly accountableHead of Marketingto lead our marketing efforts exclusively for Shlomi Mor Wigs.This is a temporarily remote role until October 1, at which time the role will be in-office 5 days a week.This role is for someone whoβs not just creative but also analytical and sales-focused. You must be skilled at managing appointment setters, tracking daily KPIs, and connecting marketing efforts directly to sales results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales-Driven Marketing Strategy
β’ Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that directly generate qualified leads and consultations.
β’ Own all daily KPIs: appointments booked, show rates, cost per lead, cost per sale, and ROI.
2. Team Leadership & Accountability
β’ Manage and coach a team of appointment setters.
β’ Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for yourself and your team.
β’ Hold regular accountability meetings and keep transparent daily schedules (calendars must be blocked with clear activities).
3. Social Media & Content
β’ Develop, schedule, and post engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
β’ Create and monitor ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager to drive bookings.
β’ Manage website blog posts with strong SEO to attract organic leads.
4. Local SEO
β’ Optimize Google My Business and local listings.
β’ Monitor and manage online reviews.
β’ Track and report local rankings and conversions.
5. CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel)
β’ Set up and maintain lead nurturing workflows.
β’ Create automated follow-up systems to maximize conversions.
β’ Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
6. Email Marketing
β’ Design and execute email campaigns.
β’ Develop list segmentation for targeted offers.
β’ Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics.
7. Affiliate Program
β’ Build and manage a profitable affiliate/referral program.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and motivate affiliates.
8. Performance Reporting
β’ Provide detailed weekly reports on all KPIs: leads, appointments, show rates, conversion rates, ad spend ROI.
β’ Be fully transparent with your working hours and deliverables each day.
Requirements
β’ Minimum 5 years insales-focused marketingwith proven experience managing appointment setters or sales teams.
β’ Youmustbe a data-driven marketer who loves daily KPIs, not just creative ideas.
β’ Proficiency in GoHighLevel (or similar CRM), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
β’ Experience in high ticket appointments.
β’ Track record of running successful lead generation campaigns tied to revenue.
β’ Ability tolead, hold a team accountable, and maintain full calendar and task transparency.
β’ Strong communication and project management skills.
β’ Interest or experience in the beauty, luxury, or health industries is a plus.
β’ Experience setting up and running affiliate programs.
β’ Knowledge of local SEO strategies for improving search rankings.
β’ Availability: Full-time commitment some weekends as needed with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed (NYC-based)
Compensation & Benefits
β’ Salary: $100,000β$144,000 annually (based on experience).
β’ Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to consultations, ad ROI, and sales growth.
β’ Flexibility: Work remotely with occasional in-person meetings in NYC.
