The Role

Our measurement team is a lynchpin part of our business at adMarketplace. The team is responsible for accurately valuing media across our advertisers and publishers, and consulting directly with clients to ensure that our clients’ outcomes are maximized.  

The ideal candidate would have experience in digital marketing measurement, and have knowledge of multiple measurement methodologies. We are in growth mode (currently a team of 170+ and looking to increase substantially by end of the year)! This is a role with tremendous opportunity for growth.

What You'll Do

  • As the Director of Measurement, you will drive one of the company’s key investment areas, expanding the company’s measurement tools which enables us to optimize performance for our clients. 
  • Generate insights with data and measurement tools such as incrementality and Media Mix Modelling to increase clients’ success on our platform.
  • Work closely with our customers, UX design, and Data Science stakeholders to shape the product and client experience. 
  • You will be central to defining the metrics, measures, and developing visualizations for those analytics across our measurement solutions. 
  • Responsible for driving the successful delivery of new features, functionality, and implementations through your collaboration with a team of world-class engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications and skills

  • 7-10+ years of experience in software, internet, or digital advertising space
  • Strong communication skills with clients, data science teams, and other stakeholders engineers, team leads, and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and grow a cohesive team
  • Strong diagnostic and insight skills; ability to find trends and patterns in data and explain them clearly
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (e.g., math, computer science, engineering)
  • May have experience measuring marketing performance either from within an agency, digital marketing measurement business, or digital marketing technology company

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
