Job Description
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Drive key people strategies for eg. - location strategy, organization and team structures, key talent gaps, DEI - rate of hiring, promotions, retention, identifying areas of opportunity, manager excellence, fun/events for the team
- Identify and help drive cost efficiencies
- Drive oversight of the various innovation activities
- Help keep track that all priorities across people, modernization and ensuring Client Onboarding, Managed Accounts trading, Client Services, Operations are on track
- Ensure critical projects - Cloud adoption, AI/ML etc are getting the traction and moving on track
- Align to the GT vision, identify gaps and help them resolve
- Looking for an individual with s trong result orientation, drive, can work with ambiguity, team player, high achiever, ability to work with Sr, Stakeholders with confidence
- Track record for managing high-performing teams on large and complicated programs
- Ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
- A strong understanding of financial control, budget management, risk management, and operations
- Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
