Our mission is to help individuals regain their health naturally through innovative treatment approaches. Summary We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events that promote our services and engage with the community. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our outreach and supporting our mission of natural health solutions. Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate events that align with the center's mission and goals. • Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering, and guest services. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively through various channels. • Ensure events run smoothly by overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown processes. • Develop budgets for events and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. • Foster relationships with vendors and partners to enhance event offerings. • Gather feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members. • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise during events. • Experience in event marketing and fundraising is a plus.
