Job Description
The position consists of an outpatient practice, with inpatient management at McLaren Northern Michigan hospital. Join a team that includes three highly collegial medical oncologists, two advanced practice providers, two radiation Oncologists, infusion certified RN’s, and a support staff which also includes an infusion manager, clinical trials nurse, research trial nurse, financial navigator, breast navigator, lung head and neck navigator and social worker.
The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute is one of 72 NCI designated sites in the US for Cancer Care. Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan with 16 network sites providing a footprint which covers 46 of Michigan's 83 counties with a catchment area of 6.7 million people.

- On campus radiation oncology services

Facility Highlights
McLaren Northern Michigan is a 202-bed regional referral center located in Petoskey, serving residents in 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern part of the Upper Peninsula. More than 230 physicians represent nearly all medical and surgical specialties, enabling full-service care with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences. McLaren Northern Michigan is a certified Primary Stroke Center, as designated by the Joint Commission. The hospital has a network of primary care providers and specialty care clinics throughout the region, and an outpatient surgery center in Cheboygan.

Petoskey is located on the shores of Lake Michigan's beautiful Little Traverse Bay in northwest, lower-Peninsula Michigan. The historic architecture, seasonal activities, and miles of waterfront make it a great place to settle year-round. In the winter, the Winter Sports Park offers outdoor hockey, ice skating, and sledding; while the summer provides tubing, swimming, and countless beaches and woods to explore. Several hiking and biking trails wind throughout the area – some are even part of the North Country Trail, which links seven states and covers 4,600 miles from New York to North Dakota.
