Job Description
Join Our Team as a High-Level Area Hygiene Operative!
Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! The purpose of this role is to achieve and maintenance hygiene high level and housekeeping standard of the factory by carrying out both scheduled and unscheduled hygiene activity effectively.Â
Core duties:
- Effective use of cleaning equipment and chemical to achieve factory cleanliness and hygiene standardsÂ
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled hygiene activity to ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintainedÂ
- Co-operate with and support other team members to ensure that all hygiene activity is completed effectively and on time
- Ensure correct methods of chemical and equipment use is followedÂ
- Ensure adherence to hygiene system and proceduresÂ
- Contribute to the development of the Hygiene Team activity
- Ensure compliance within the company safety police, safety roles and local producres to do with cleaning activities are carried out in a manner that ensures protection to the workforce and external companies
Qualifications
- Knowledge of documentation and procedures associated with Hygiene processesÂ
- Previous experience of cleaning at high levelsÂ
- In date scissor lift/cherry picker licence(would be an advantage but training can be given where neededÂ
- Manual Handling, e.g. use of high pressure hosesÂ
- Basic Food Hygiene CertificateÂ
- Basic Health and Safety awarenessÂ
- COSHH Course
- Induction training, including ladder safetyÂ
Additional Information
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pmÂ
Salary -Â ÂŁ28,059.94
