Job Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and equipment. • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized at all times. • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations. • Maintain cleanliness of entryways and common areas. • Follow specific cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. • Use and store cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly. • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events and special occasions. • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements: • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a high-profile or hospitality setting. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices. • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • You must have experience in commercial building Restaurant maintenance and cleaning • Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to bend, reach, and carry.
