The Role

The Global Brand Experience Manager is a solution-oriented creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for developing next-in-class experiential programs that engage and convert consumers. This role will develop and execute our global experiential strategy and work cross-functionally to deliver on-brand, strategically focused initiatives that bring consumers into the world of HOKA. A strong candidate for this role has a proven track record for executing comprehensive experiential marketing programs including the development of community activations, event executions, visual merchandising strategies for owned and wholesale doors.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Global Integrated Marketing, developing premium brand-right experiences that engage and create an emotional connection with our consumers. Working cross-functionally on the planning, production, and execution of brand experiences through the strategic integration of in-house creative teams, external agencies, collaborative partners, and global regions. Utilizing your passion for storytelling and your sophisticated knowledge of the experiential landscape to push boundaries for innovation and elevate current executions in brand environments including retail, SIS, wholesale, digital, and event spaces. Building and managing production budgets and overseeing event timelines, vendor relationships, internal approvals, as well as all aspects of project management and reporting.

Who You Are

  • You have diverse experience in bringing brands to life with 5-7 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or production and have creatively developed and produced events on a large and small scale.
  • You have a strong understanding of and passion for sport, fashion, and the intersection of culture and purpose.
  • You have worked in agencies or have managed and worked with multiple agencies concurrently.
  • You care about bringing spaces to life with a visual point of view and have a deep understanding of translating brand goals into experiential activations.
  • You effectively engage stakeholders in the development of experiences and lead the process with the ability to drive the story and creative vision.

We'd love to hear from people with

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Production, or a related field. Master's Degree / MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign development, and execution.
  • Experience executing brand activations that drive cultural conversation through compelling storytelling, innovation, and/or collaborations.
  • Background in integrated campaign development and has managed the process of event design and production for a global brand (agency or in-house).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Proven track record working on world-class multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite a plus.

$100,000 - $105,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
