Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Solutions Tester / AI Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Chatbot application and other AI use cases through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanity Checks: Perform sanity checks of the Chatbot application to ensure its stability and functionality.
• Testing: Conduct QA (Quality Assurance), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and other tests following each data ingestion/refresh, bug fix, and new feature implementation.
• Test Sample Preparation: Assist in preparing and reviewing test samples for automated tests of RAG and intents.
• Accuracy Verification: Verify the accuracy of the application following QA and UAT tests.
• Transcript Review: Support the review of transcripts from the Chatbot environment to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Analytics Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly analytics reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Bug and Enhancement Discovery: Identify bugs and areas for enhancement in the Chatbot and support the process of raising incidents for technical bugs and requirement stories for enhancements in JIRA.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in QA, UAT, and other testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with Chatbot applications and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using JIRA for incident and requirement management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language is a plus.
• Additional Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
