Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position its midrange plans its culture and its competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR business partnership advising leaders on key priorities.

  • Partner with business leaders to meet critical timelines and deliverables for HR initiatives and periodic reporting requirements.

  • Partner with the broader HR team to develop and implement specific plans to meet the needs of the business.

  • Lead advise and support the region in the following areas among others: Organizational Development Leadership Development Employee Relations and Performance Management.

  • Partner with leaders to align current and future business needs into an overall integrated HR plan for the function focusing on opportunities that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.

  • Develop human resources solutions and solve people related business challenges by collecting and analyzing data and recommending courses of action.

  • Establish and share best practices with HR Business Partners in other regions.

  • Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying issues evaluating potential solutions implementing selected solutions and coaching and counseling managers and employees.

  • Complete projects by clarifying objectives setting clear timetables and schedules conducting research developing and organizing information analyzing results and preparing final findings and recommendations.

  • Strategically apply monitor and enforce employment laws regulations policies and procedures.

  • Lead and partner in HR Functional Initiative work in support of Company mission and vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources related field or professional experience equivalent; master’s degree preferred.

  • 8 to 11 years of progressive HR experience; preferably four to six years working within a business partner model.

  • Experience in employee relations investigations candidate should have knowledge in at least two of the following HR functional areas: HRIS HR data analytics HR Operations engagement performance management compensation recruiting or organizational development.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).

  • Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.

$96800 - $165550 a year

The following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA CO HI NY and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states.

• The anticipated startingĀ payĀ rangeĀ ofĀ Colorado applicantsĀ forĀ this role is:

$96800- $142010

• The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $103100 - $151140

• The anticipated startingĀ payĀ rangeĀ of California Washington state and New York City applicantsĀ forĀ this role is: $112900 - $165550

Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus commissions or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience licenses and certifications and specific work location.
