HR Generalist

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is responsible for the application of Human Resources principles, practices and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. A key area of impact is assisting the Manager of Human Resources with the execution of day-to-day activities. This role is accountable for the administration of policies and procedures, general employee service, HR administration and process improvement support.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide advice on human resources acting as the main point of contact for team members regarding HR-related inquiries, including PTO, benefits, taxes, and other HR policies or derive the consultations of collaborators with specialists in the sector for their resolution.
• Collaborate with the onboarding process for new hires. Request, reception and control of documentation for new employees. 
• Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates. 
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and handling employee documentation.
  
• Ensure complete confidentiality in the treatment of the team member’s different topics and transparency in the execution of the processes. 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing employee changes, joiners and leavers.
• Manage Exit Process: Prepare various documentation, send to employees and process returned documents, notify 3rd party vendors and finance as needed.
• Supports compensation and benefits in the management of employee life cycle processes and transactions. 
  
• Provide to finance team with all the information that the process required to ensure payment and release.
  
• Communication with stakeholders throughout the process and providing timely updates. 
  
• Help with employee engagement initiatives. 
  
• Assist with organizing events and programs to enhance the employee experience. 
  
• Produce data driven reports to inform and influence HR initiatives. 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows, contributing to a more efficient and effective HR department. Apply critical thinking to automate and reduce administrative tasks. 
  
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
  

What You Will Bring To The Table 

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in human resources or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Residence in Buenos Aires: This ensures support and coverage for events, employee onboarding, work-from-office days, and similar activities. 
• In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and understanding of application to HR practices, policies, and programs
• In depth skills and discipline within all areas of Human Resources
• Ability to partner with and support people at all levels of the organization
• Expert proficiency in Excel 
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English) 

Location 

• Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Shift: 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
