  • Toborzási stratĂ©giai kidolgozása Ă©s vĂ©grehajtása: az Ăşj munkatársak felvĂ©telĂ©nek megtervezĂ©se Ă©s lebonyolĂ­tása a vállalat igĂ©nyeinek megfelelĹ‘en.
  • Toborzás, kiválasztás menedzselĂ©se: fehĂ©rgallĂ©ros, illetve vezetĹ‘i keresĂ©sekben valĂł aktĂ­v rĂ©szvĂ©tel.
  • HR projektekben valĂł rĂ©szvĂ©tel: kĂĽlönbözĹ‘ HR kezdemĂ©nyezĂ©sek Ă©s projektek támogatása.
  • AdatgyűjtĂ©s Ă©s elemzĂ©s: toborzási mutatĂłk nyomon követĂ©se Ă©s elemzĂ©se a folyamatok hatĂ©konyságának javĂ­tása Ă©rdekĂ©ben.
  • Trendek Ă©s elĹ‘rejelzĂ©sek: a mĂşltbeli adatok elemzĂ©se alapján trendek Ă©s elĹ‘rejelzĂ©sek kĂ©szĂ­tĂ©se, amelyek segĂ­tenek a jövĹ‘beli HR stratĂ©giák kialakĂ­tásában.

Elvárások:
  • FelsĹ‘fokĂş vĂ©gzettsĂ©g
  • HR terĂĽleten szerzett legalább 5 Ă©ves tapasztalat
