HR Specialista
(toborzás fókusszal)

Fő feladatok:

• Toborzási stratégiai kidolgozása és végrehajtása: az új munkatársak felvételének megtervezése és lebonyolítása a vállalat igényeinek megfelelően.
• Toborzás, kiválasztás menedzselése: fehérgalléros, illetve vezetői keresésekben való aktív részvétel.
• HR projektekben való részvétel: különböző HR kezdeményezések és projektek támogatása.
• Adatgyűjtés és elemzés: toborzási mutatók nyomon követése és elemzése a folyamatok hatékonyságának javítása érdekében.
• Trendek és előrejelzések: a múltbeli adatok elemzése alapján trendek és előrejelzések készítése, amelyek segítenek a jövőbeli HR stratégiák kialakításában.

Egyéb HR feladatokban, projektekben való részvétel lehetősége:

• Szervezetfejlesztési projektekben való részvétel: javaslatok tétele, tervek készítése / kivitelezése a szervezeti struktúra, folyamatok és kultúra fejlesztésére vonatkozóan.
• Képzés-fejlesztés, tréningek szervezése: képzési programok szervezése és lebonyolítása a munkavállalók fejlesztése céljából.
• Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal: együttműködés a különböző osztályok vezetőivel a toborzási igények meghatározása érdekében és HR jellegű témákban.

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú végzettség
• HR területen szerzett legalább 5 éves tapasztalat
• Toborzási, illetve interjútechnikák ismerete
• Tárgyalóképes, aktív angol nyelvtudás
• HRIS területén tapasztalat (HR informatikai rendszerek, folyamatok)
