More about the role  

• Advise line manager(s) on people management issues, complex HR processes and legal boundaries.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, including Rewards policies, talent management processes and escalates out-of-policy cases/requests to the appropriate HR Business Partner.

• Meet targets and monitor KPI’s (i.e. quality, speed, customer satisfaction) when handling cases using our case management system.

• Continuously drive standardization and improvements in ways of working; proactively address communication and standardize HR portal content.

• Partner with HR Services functions such as Contact Center Advisors and Administration & Payroll Specialists, and HR functions including local HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Development, Training, etc.).

More about you 

• Bachelor's degree (concentration in human resources highly preferred)

• 1+ years of work experience in an HR support role, preferably within a large, global organization

• Knowledge of HR regulations, processes, labor laws, benefits, payroll, training and related

• Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred

• Effective communicator and collaborator with a consultative approach

Everything we’ll do for you 

• Salary: $65,900 - 95,000

• Bonus:  target bonus opportunity - 5%
