With over 15 years of proven success leading a growing fiber optic industry, ALLO is in a unique position, building an HR team to support the current and growing team of ALLO teammates. We're looking for a passionate associate who's excited to gain some HR industry experience on our growing team. HR Coordinators play a critical role in supporting every ALLO teammates through delivering exceptional, hassle-free service and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact daily with associates to deliver world class, hassle free HR service and support
- Oversee new hires onboarding including; Create a great first impression for new ALLO teammates, Conduct new hire orientations, Conduct 30, 60, and 90 check-ins with new hires, Provide high quality communications to new hires during and immediately following orientation.
- Support the rollout and execution of human resource projects and new initiatives including but not limited to; Onboarding process improvements, Employee recognition program, Engagement initiatives and events, Random drug screening program, etc.
- Partner with HR Generalist to ensure that all new hire questions are being answered and routed to the appropriate team member.
- Act as a back up to the HR Generalist to support other HR functions such as employee relations, retention, compensation, and team development.
- Manage various employment benefits, such as company apparel, give away's, and swag.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continual improvements of the business area and services performed.
- Maintain human resources information system records.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- College degree or commensurate experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years HR experience preferred but not required.

- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to work effectively under critical time pressures and maintain an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Passionate about helping the team achieve success and improve the ALLO employee experience.
- Ability to navigate the gray and adapt to changing work assignments.
- Customer focused; in this role the ALLO team is the customer. Serving the ALLO team will always be a top priority in this position.
