Let's start with the role:
As an HR Operations Assistant, you will support the HR Team by lending high-quality HR administration assistance to the Bucharest office, covering international markets.You will be involved in HR administration and coordination, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing staff changes, and fostering positive employee relations. You should be eager to broaden your skills in various HR areas and enjoy helping others by wearing multiple "hats" in a fast-paced environment.
As a HR Operations Assistant you will:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, servicing the business and HR functions;
- Handle employees’ benefits in Bulgaria and in our international locations, such as: mobiles, leasing, commuting, health insurance;
- Monitor and update company HR policies;
- Support employee requests regarding human resources policies and processes;
- Provide administrative support and update our internal databases;
- Prepare HR reports or presentations relating to people activities or HR projects;
- Communicate with public services when necessary;
- Actively participate in the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent preferably in HR Management, Legal, Organizational Psychology, or Internal Audit;
- 1 year HR experience with Bulgarian Labour Law, ideally in a fast-paced, start-up mindset environment;
- Strong communicator in English & Bulgarian with excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts;
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient;Â
- High degree of confidentiality;
- Adherence to company policy and standards;
- Team player with emotional intelligence and optimistic attitude;
