Exact Sciences is looking for a Summer 2025 Recruiting Intern to support our global Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring top talent. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. You will also gain experience within the fast-growing Madison biotech industry.

This position is located in Madison with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week. This is full-time, 40 hours/week and is expected to last approximately 12 weeks. Exact timelines will be discussed in an interview.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with all aspects of the recruiting function including communication with candidates, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and candidate follow up.
• Post jobs on our company website, job boards and social media. May also assist with event registration as needed.
• Source and recruit candidates by using different technology platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn and Bullhorn.
• Conduct and/or schedule interviews via phone or MS Teams.
• Assist with data entry into various HR and Recruitment related systems and tracking tools.
• Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 95% of a typical working day.
• Ability to use a telephone through a headset and work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current student (Junior, Senior) majoring in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives with excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without an accommodation.
• Authorization to work int the United States without sponsorship.

Salary Range:
$34,000.00 - $54,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
