Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians β€’ 3+ year of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues. β€’ Type I & II EPA Certification β€’ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation β€’ TDLR Certified Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician β€’ Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems β€’ Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills β€’ Educate your customers on their maintenance requirements β€’ Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards HVAC Residential Lead Installer β€’ Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump) β€’ Maintain good working order of company vehicle β€’ Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. β€’ Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer β€’ Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency β€’ Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement β€’ Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments β€’ Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies. β€’ Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor HVAC Install Helpers Residential β€’ Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units β€’ Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. β€’ Performing start-up of equipment β€’ Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools. β€’ Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company β€’ Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets β€’ Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. β€’ Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? β€’ Must have EPA license. β€’ Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement. β€’ 2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues β€’ Mechanical aptitude β€’ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations β€’ Results driven in a high-energy environment β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Must be able to follow directions and work independently β€’ Service Titan experience preferred.
