HVAC Technician - 2nd Shift

What you will experience in this position:

As an HVAC Technician at nVent you will be part of an exceptionally skilled team dedicated to delivering critical maintenance solutions in our world-class Anoka facility.

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on numerous systems to ensure efficient performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet strict operational standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and teams to ensure effective resolution.
• Investigate and apply techniques to troubleshoot and identify the underlying cause of system failures.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to build a secure working environment.

You have:

• Training or academic background in HVAC or a related field.
• A Special Boiler License and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification must be active or obtained within 6 months.
• Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
• Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying temperatures.
