IT Project Manager - IAM (Multiple position)

Must Have:
Currently working as Infra project manager. 
Working understanding of the following technologies needed: Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and a working understanding of the principles of access management & privileged access management

Job Description:
Project and activity responsibilities for the role require 50% technical / 50% coordination with various teams.
The key responsibility of the IAM (Identity and Access Management) IT project manager will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone.
We expect the candidate to be involved 50% in coordinating activities/communications & 50% technical understanding of AD/Azure Entra ID. We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
They should be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, influence, negotiate effectively, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of business.

Qualification:
• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel spreadsheets for data manipulation and reporting
• Proficient in English is a must, Spanish is a plus
• Ability to research and obtain a high-level understanding of new technologies quickly, hands on experience on Active Directory and IAM related technologies
• Infra project management experience involving coordinating throughout a variety of IT stakeholders, being able to drive meetings and write synthetic minutes
• Experience in large, international, distributed organizations
• Proactive, growth mentality

Required technical skillsets in the description then it will involve:
• AD:

• Familiarity with permissions, objects, GPOs 
• Ability to run PowerShell commands/scripts for exports/reports

 Azure Entra ID:

• Understanding of conditional access policies,
• The ability to setup SSO for apps
• Understanding of MFA

• MS Office

• Word - ability to create documents
• PowerPoint - ability to create decks
• Excel - ability to manipulate data to provide reporting

• Service Now (SNow) - experience with using the tool for ticketing purposes
