What is the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced IAM Systems Support Analyst who will play a key role in supporting, managing, and administering RBCβs PAM applications. Operating as a subject matter expert (SME), you will function independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and securing and protecting privileged accounts, credentials, and non-human access across tools, applications, and systems. In this role, you will support mission-critical enterprise-wide services which will require being available on-call (24x7) duties and working alternate hours.
What will you do?
- Resolve ongoing medium to high-complexity requests and incidents for Privileged Access Manager.
- Deploy application changes for the server, and apply security patches, configurations, and enhancements following internal hand-off from the Engineering team.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and identify defects, opportunities for automation and enhancements.
- Maintain, and support test and production environments and create, maintain, and write technical documentation and complex knowledge articles.
- Take on initiatives on self-appointed projects and self-created processes to better enhance the technology.
- Review and improve technical design and security architecture design documentation.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting CyberArkβs core services, components, and toolsets.
- Minimum of 5 years of Windows server administration and a minimum of 2 years of Linux server administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory experience and working knowledge of LDAP, MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle DB, AS400, RACF, SSH, RDP authentication protocols, and firewalls.
- Experience in installing, upgrading, and patching vendor products.
- Experience scripting knowledge with Python, PowerShell, Java, JCL, and SQL.
- Experience supporting web applications, load balancers (F5, GTM, and LTM), TLS certificates, SSO, and Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team.
- Display a strong sense of urgency, work with minimum supervision, and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with IT Service Management.
- Experience in audit requirements, evidence gathering, risk and compliance processes.
