Job Description
Ashburn Consulting, LLC, is seeking a Ping Identity expert with a strong understanding of ICAM framework and Zero-Trust architecture to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support on Ping Identity products, with a focus on implementation and integration into a large enterprise system.
Position Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and delivery of IAM services.
• Design, implement and maintain Ping Identity solutions, with a focus on ICAM framework and Zero-Trust architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Ping Identity products.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate access control policies to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Ping Identity solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Ping Identity products and implementations.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in Ping Identity products and related technologies.
• Leads Identity and Access Management change, both within and outside the Department, to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Ping Identity products, with a focus on ICAM framework, Federal ICAM (FICAM) and zero trust architecture coupled with robust senior program management skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level implementation and integration of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne.
• Experience with ICAM architecture implementation, PIV, Derived PIV Credentials, PIV Interoperable (PIV-I) and alternative PIV form factors (e.g. RSA token, Yubikey, etc.), PIV applications for Physical Access Control System (PACS), PIV applications for Logical Access Control (LACS), FISMA, FIPS Publication 201, NIST SP 800-63, PIV deployment for digital authentication, ISO 27001 & CIS controls.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment models.
Required Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other IAM solutions such as Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or ADFS.
• Ping Identity certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Architect or Ping Identity Certified Administrator.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
Minimum Eligibility: US Citizenship/Green Card holder (GC at least 3+ Years)
