Inbound Delivery Specialist

Mission Statement:

Inbound Delivery Specialist is responsible for Inbound Delivery Note creation in S4HANA for assigned geographical/business unit scope based on an incoming notification from Material Suppliers of the planned arrival of products. In addition, he/she develops a collaborative environment to guarantee the right process execution in day-to-day operations. This role will require coverage of the Saudi Arabia region, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Additionally, you will need to be in the office for 3 days a week. The position is based in Bangalore.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create SAP inbound delivery notes for respective geographical scope or material supplier base.
• Maintain SAP handling units, including purchased-material physical parameters.
• Build good relationship with Hitachi Energy purchasing & logistics teams as well as direct-material suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' Experience in Logistics/ Transport/ Purchasing.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP - Logistics/ Purchasing Modules.
• Intermediate Desktop Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel & Office.
• Knowledge of Transport terminology, Incoterms & rules.
• Decision making, prioritizing task & strong problem-solving skills.
• Open to changes and new ideas, analytical skills & attention to details.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required, prefer B2 English level.
