Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager - Manager Level 1, to join our Tactical Space Systems - Space Security Systems team in Gilbert, AZ. In this job, you will:

Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
* Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
* Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
* Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials
* Develop and implement security education program
* Oversee internal security audits
* Investigate security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken
* Provide direction to security team members to assist with the execution of their statement of work
* Assist with team members' professional development and growth
* Lead a team of security professionals to ensure consistent application of the leadership characteristics that are expected of all employees within the organization
* Ensure employee engagement across the team, Collaboration across teams within the Security organization
* Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development/mentoring to professionals at all levels
* Develop and implement security policy and standards across the program enterprise
* Ensure all program performance objectives as well as key milestones and deliverables are met
* Support security leaderships budget within an established target
* Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions, Physical Security, COMSEC, Investigations and Document Control Management
* Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience
* Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
* Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, and approval for program access
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior compartmentalized security (SAP or SCI) experience
* CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc
* Experience leading or mentoring other personnel in a team environment.
* Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* OPSEC program experience
* Computer and desktop office software products experience.
* Classification review experience

Salary Range: *$92,600 - $139,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
