Our Marketing Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility (MCC) team tells this story and is responsible for positioning IBM in the market. We define and optimize IBM’s brand capture the market’s attention and articulate our point of view for clients partners the media and even other IBMers. We’re looking for an Infrastructure and IT Compliance Leader. This is a global role supporting IBM Innovation Studio across our four geographies: Americas EMEA APAC and Japan.
As part of the global team you’ll be responsible for capturing best practices and innovation from individual sites and scaling these across the organization. In this capacity you’ll work with global geo and locally based Studio teams as well as with existing and prospective clients. In detail the responsibilities are:

• Lead the design support and maintenance of technical infrastructure (IT network systems AV etc) across all sites
• Work with the CTO and the Solution Leads to define the overall infrastructure strategy standards and best practices for the organization (development platform compute infrastructure (co-creation) network services & applications to be used etc.)
• Work with the CTO and the Content Leader as well as the Tools team to define the overall technology strategy standards and best practices for the organization
• Work with CIO BISO CISO organization to secure our infrastructure according to policies and maintain ongoing compliance
• Provide guidance to global and local IBM Innovation Studio technical teams on infrastructure standards and best practices
• Work with the studios to build expand and deploy compliant compute and network infrastructure
• Research and recommend latest technology for Innovation Studio infrastructure
• Help define technical strategy standards and career roadmaps

Minimum salary starts at 3.500 EUR/month depending on previous experience.

This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in technology infrastructure and network
• Knowledge about ITSM best practices
• Knowledge about Hybrid Cloud technologies
• Is familiar with IBM CIO Office standards processes and requirements including Cybersecurity IBM IT Security Standard policies
• Is familiar with IBM’s overall as-a-Service and product portfolio
• Possesses excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Possesses strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Is conscientious and detail oriented
• Is highly tech savvy always on the lookout for the latest trends and developments

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Holds an IT Specialist Certification (preferred)
• Good in communications and documentation
• Experienced in team leadership
• Experienced in global collaboration
• Desired: Skilled in IBM Cloud and Audio/Video technologies
