Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
• Deploying configuring and maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Implementing and managing Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing and secure remote access.
• Designing and supporting Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) for efficient desktop and server provisioning.
• Managing Citrix Endpoint Management (XenMobile) for mobile device and application management.
• Ensuring security best practices are implemented across Citrix environments.
• Optimizing performance and scalability of Citrix deployments.
• Providing timely troubleshooting and issue resolution for Citrix-related incidents.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams on technical solutions and enhancements.
• Documenting configuration procedures and operational processes.
• Communicating effectively.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• +2 years of experience.
• Has broad technical experience of cloud networking infrastructure and Platform solutions along with a strong understanding of cloud architecture of hyperscalers like (Azure AWS and IBM)
• Has deep knowledge of the cloud networking components Citrix ADC NetScaler Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments as well as understanding of the architecture components overseeing solution implementations and recommending changes based on operational issues.
• Has strong expertise in Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Citrix Endpoint Management (XenMobile)
• Has expert analysis to troubleshoot difficult technical and functional-related issues and problems for the Citrix-related incidents
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in writing automation using scripting tools for NetOps.
• Experience in security best practices and multi-factor authentication solutions.
• Experience with automated Monitoring tools.
