About the Role
As Infrastructure Lead, you will oversee daily operations and will collaborate with cross functional leaders within the Litmos organization to efficiently operate and optimize Litmos' infrastructure, including:
What you'll do:
- Develops and provides products and services to optimize/automate IT infrastructure services, improve work efficiency and provides the 2nd and 3rdrd level support.
- Revises and updates existing programs and provides required documentation. Is able to handle cross-infrastructure topics in order to perform all tasks related to infrastructure integration:
- Provide stable IT environment to the local business and acts as an IT entry point for all local topics
- Supports planning of IT- implementation
- Execution of technical feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects
- Customizing and development of enhancements
- Technical implementation of solutions
- Provide technical documentation
- Support for system optimization
- Ensures the business continuity of the IT services
- Effective CSS ticket handling and dispatch and SLA adherence
What you Bring:
- Master's degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field
- 7 - 10 years of professional experience in the required field
- Strong computing skills, oriented towards a particular product or group of products
- Understanding of client specific business processes
- General IT backend technology experience
- General IT knowledge on different technical areas (backend, frontend, printing, networking, etc.)
- Has acquired overall process knowledge
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Desire to work in a team-driven and collaborative setting
