Job Description
Cambria is seeking a candidate that can effectively build strong relationships with both external and internal customers, while exhibiting excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible to interact with Cambria's Business Partners via phone from our local Distribution Center to provide a white glove service. This role will engage and partner daily with Cambria Market Representatives, Business Partners, Distribution Center Leadership and Staff to accurately process and schedule slab orders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross functionally with others in the company
- Collaborate with the local DC Manager to align on routes, material availability and estimate arrival of product from our Cambria Manufacturing Facility
- Partner, communicate and collaborate with the Distribution Center Manager on initiatives
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to schedule slab viewings and leverage their expertise to help close the sale
- Communicate order holds with the Corporate Finance Team
Provide excellent service and support to Business Partners via phone and email from our local Distribution Center
- Answer all inbound calls while portraying excellent customer service
- Schedule, enter and follow up on customer orders, regarding the delivery or allocations for will call dates and/or changes
- Educate, assist, and provide customer service to Business Partners to help increase their use of the Cambria online ordering portal
- Provide accurate information to Business Partners by answering questions as it relates to pricing, inventory and any other requests
- Offer alternative options if the requested design is not available
- Partner with District Manager on initiatives and assist with other administrative duties as assigned such as purchase orders and collaboration with Sales Operations
Utilize systems to document
- Utilize Cambria's online ordering portal to identify product availability and leverage Cambria internal tools to train Business Partners
- Ensure Salesforce entry is entered in an accurate and timely manner that includes Business Partner's needs and follow up items
- Assign and collaborate with field Sales Representatives on action items that relate to their markets and Business Partners
- Maintain Open Orders Summary to help manage orders and provide customer information
Requirements
- Ability to learn Cambria's business and effectively communicate the strengths to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and practiced accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Resilient integrity, strong work ethic, and portrays an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous customer service and/or inside sales
Systems: Proficient in Google Suites, Oracle, Microsoft Suites. Tableau and Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to liftup to 40 pounds to move Cambria Samples and Marketing materials.
