About the Job
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales growth by proactively engaging and building relationships with potential customers within an assigned geography. Your primary focus will be on selling our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to Enterprise businesses. This is a quota carrying and revenue-generating position that reports to our EMEA Senior Director of Sales.
- Proactively target new customers through lead generation campaigns via phone and email
- Respond to inbound marketing qualified leads and convert to opportunities
- Work closely with key channel partners in the region to drive business growth
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective customers to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Present and demonstrate our cybersecurity solutions to prospects through virtual presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
- Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales growth
- Utilize internal sales resources to target and identify new business targets
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge to effectively articulate the value proposition to prospects, actively completing ongoing training, participating in role plays and shadowing cold calls with colleagues
- Diligently use Salesforce to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity
- Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a native French speaker with full written and spoken fluency
- Must reside within the United Kingdom or Ireland and be willing and able to travel locally to visit partners and clients up to 50% of the time
- 4+ years proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or software industry
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM platform
- An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and influence buying decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Web-conference demo experience
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of cybersecurity strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
