Job Description

Your Role:

The Institutional ETF Specialist will be part of the growing Institutional ETF & Indexed Strategies Team and help shape our product positioning and client approach. The Specialist will partner with relationship managers to drive market penetration of Invesco's ETF products and services with institutional asset owners including government and corporate pensions, endowments and foundations, healthcare organizations, and investment consultants. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of and experience with institutional asset owners along with a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.

You will be responsible for:

• Execute on a business plan for the client segment that defines strategy and tactics. Participate in periodic segment reviews.
• Establish and grow relationships with institutional asset owners to expand their use of Invesco ETFs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Invesco's products, services, and resources to effectively deliver the firm's capabilities to clients.
• Participate in industry conferences to expand client network and learn about current trends in the institutional marketplace.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the institutional sales team, relationship managers, marketing, and product strategists.
• Contribute to thought leadership and content creation.
• Collaborate on product innovation and enhancements.
• Lead tactical and strategic initiatives to advance the institutional channel.

The experience you bring:

• Undergraduate in finance, economics, or related discipline required.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within three months of hire.
• 7+ years investment related experience
• Minimum of 3 years of client facing or business development experience with institutional investors.
• Strong knowledge of and prior experience with ETFs.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners. Ability to navigate and work effectively across a large, complex organization.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach.
• A passion for capital markets, asset management, and ETFs.
• Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial.
