Job Description

The Department:

North America Institutional (NAI) and our Defined Contribution team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional asset owners, intermediaries, and partners. Our team of dedicated professionals provides insights into industry trends and investor challenges across retirement plans, insurance companies, nonprofit organizations and financial institutions. Operating with a client-centric mentality, we strive to bring all of Invesco to our clients, adding value beyond investment returns.

Your Role:

The NAI Defined Contribution Sales Analyst position will partner closely with Sales members of the NAI team to provide analytical and reporting support to marketing and sales initiatives, which augment distribution efforts and drives a superior end-to-end client experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure timely delivery against reporting needs of both internal business partners and external clients by working with the broader Invesco organization.
  • Process reports on behalf of clients using third party reporting tools such as Fi360, Brightscope, Zephyr, Morningstar, etc.
  • Work closely with internal partners across Sales, Marketing, and Investments to help drive and develop timely marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal partners on production and distribution, thus developing compelling, tailored materials for use with clients, prospects, or consultants as necessary.
  • Partner with internal and external partners in multiple regions across the country to help develop and prospect new relationships with advisors.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency (i.e., update and maintain Salesforce CRM).
  • Support development of, and track performance against execution of business plans for senior team members and external clients, prospects and consultants as assigned.
  • Participate in specific North American Institutional business initiatives to improve overall team performance efforts related to enhancing reporting/communication.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Series 7 and/or 63 license a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Coachable with a growth mindset
  • A strong desire to learn about Capital Markets, mutual funds, the retirement plan industry, & the US Institutional Marketplace
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, etc.
  • Good general investment industry knowledge
  • Entrepreneurialism - demonstrate initiative to originate new or innovative approaches that will enable Invesco to remain an industry leader.
