Insulation Coatings Application Specialist

We are seeking for you, an Insulation Coatings Application Specialist excited in supporting our growing list of applicators and end use customers employing groundbreaking technology. You have senior expertise in coatings application, extraordinary ability to trouble shoots spray equipment, passion to train and communicate the proper application techniques for various products.

This role will report directly to our Segment Development Manager, CUIHH & Insulation, and can be based at any of our offices worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work daily with colleagues and customers from around the globe. 

What you can look forward to in this Role: 

• Maintaining a high and consistent level of trust in your customers through the delivery of outstanding insulation solutions and authority guidance. 

• Providing training to both internal and external collaborators on the proper application of various coatings, but primarily insulation coatings. 

• Supporting the technical field applications of the products to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful completion of jobs. 

• Acting as a liaison officer to key equipment manufacturers.
• Exciting traveling agenda according to business and customer priorities.

What does it take to become our new team member? 

You are a diligent coatings' expert who prioritizes customer happiness and possesses strong communication skills to help us achieve our ambitious objectives. 

• Validated senior-level expertise in paint application in industrial settings (this is an indispensable requirement for the role). 

• Deep understanding of application equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot spray pumps and guns. 
• Physical stamina and endurance that enable you to perform physically demanding tasks at a high level.

• Relevant expertise in consulting and project management. 
• FROSIO II, NACE CIP 2, or other relevant certification for quality control for application of protective coatings 

• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). 

• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently in English.
