The INFSEC Integration Solutions team is responsible for the delivery and support of on-prem and cloud integration platforms used by our development organization. These are high-available platforms used by our WWT internal users and external customers around the globe. The applicant will work in a fast-paced / highly collaborative environment within the team and across the organization. The team has a strong emphasis on inter-team collaboration with a focus on partnering with our stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and highly performant platforms that are easily consumable.

The proper candidate is a seasoned engineer who is open-minded to varying opinions and able to work collaboratively to reach decisions that are best for our customers, business, and team.

Job Duties

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for all operational and conceptual aspects of a hybrid, multi-product integration platform supporting B2B, A2A, SaaS and custom application transactions

• Expert knowledge of the development of Software AG webMethods -- including the ability to develop, maintain and extend integrations. Knowedge in Administering SAG products will be a hugh plus.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile Development Processes and ability to work in a high-paced agile global Development environment
• Technical competency in WM flow/java services, web services, business process model development/testing and deployment, WS-Security, and SOAP

• Experience with the following web technologies: Web Services, webMethods, and Weblogic.
• Design, develop and test complex integrations and web services using the webMethods suite of tools

• Handle documents likeEDI, Flatfiles, XML, IDOC's and expertise in writing Flow services and Java services using webMethods Developer

• Leverage webMethods Designer to support development and resolution of production break/fix issues
• Management of AS2 Certificate, SSL Certificates, GPG Keys, SSH Keys. Knowledge of certificate installation, trustore/ keystore management. Enterprise and Partner certificate installation.
• Monitoring the health of webMethods servers using third party tools and their alerting process.
• Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting of webMethods issues and related system components. Including Log Analysis, Error resolution, Thread dump analysis.
• Knowledge about Ansible, executing ansbile play for configuration management across fleet of server is a plus.

• Knowledge of the administration of Oracle SOA and Oracle WebLogic -- including the ability to create, maintain and extend WLST-based scripts to address a wide range of administrative and technical challenges will be a plus
• Mentoring and guiding the team in implementation with best practices in design, code and deployment -- especially related to Software AG products
• Lead Proof of Concept (POCs) implementations to understand the effectiveness of the Integration Platform; incorporate feedback into the Integration Platform design
• Implement quality measures to drive operational efficiencies
• Interact with the internal/external stakeholders and build relationships with stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices
• Assist in the development of strategic planning for the department
• Work with our customers and business stakeholders to ensure that our Integration platforms are stable, easy to use and self-service oriented
• A willingness to learn new technologies
• The ability to lead the creation of new architectures and technologies in support of critical business requirements
• The ability to serve as a consultant-like resource for internal developers, technologists and leaders on all aspects of integration technologies. Including the ability to lead discussions and presentations about complex technical subjects
• Willingness to be part of the team supporting the platform 24x7x365 -- participation as part of an on-call rotation will be required
• Work to incorporate business feedback into the team's strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with integration platforms (WebMethods experience preferred)
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and recognize & encourage creativity in others.
• Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean or Scrum principles.
• Understanding of SOA Principles and how they apply to Enterprise IT.
• Passion for Data & Software Development and well-versed in industry trends such as Service Oriented Architecture, API Portals, microservices, integrations & EDI
• Ability to explain the benefits of Software Development best practices such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
• Familiar with systems which leverage Java, HTML5, CSS3
• Familiar with Database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are required
• Experience with using one or more of the following data formats in a B2B context (XML, JSON, SOAP, EDI).
• Experience with various transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, SCP, SSL, HTTP(S), AS2)
• Familiar with programming java servlets.
• Be able to self-manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
