About The Team
We are a team responsible for improving the overall moderation quality, addressing moderation quality challenges from both auto-moderation and human-moderation sides. Our daily work includes quality metric operation and key projects implementation. We need to manage complex global stakeholders in our daily work in order to form strategy alignment and implement projects for results. We also need innovative thoughts to form new projects that can drive changes leveraging the latest tech or operational management efforts.

- Define the overall strategic plan for moderation quality, including quality measurement and quality improvement process and key projects.
- Quality metric operation: Root causes analysis of key quality metrics and collaborates with key stakeholders to drive RCA improvement results.
- Form strategic view of driving policy iteration to improve moderation quality. Implement complex projects aimed at concrete results.
- Work closely with the product and system team. Through the latest technology to drive and build major projects from 0 to 1, and cooperate with multiple stakeholders for implementation.

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in strategy, business analysis or related work. Candidate with a background in risk control from a relevant industry is preferred.
- Familiar with moderation policy and business logic, understanding risk control mechanisms, with strong risk prevention awareness and sensitivity;
- Ability to framework problems and find solutions. Independently find solutions to solve complex problems with data sensitivity and analytic skill, as well as people sensitivity for implementation.
- Strong English communication and coordination skills, written expression skills, and data analysis skills;
- Team player with empathy, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment with strong ego drive and stress resistance.
