Intelligence IEWTPT Lead

CSA is seeking Intelligence IEWTPT Leads who will support our Army client in various locations.

This position is contingent on contract award.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• Provide intelligence simulations planning, configuration, testing and execution support
• Configure, set up, maintain, and operatescurrent and future Intelligence simulation models and systems
• Work closely with training audience to refine training objectives and determine best solution for supporting with Intel simulation models
• Support planning and provide input to exercise design and technical planning products
• Prepare Intelligence simulations
• Provide analytical subject matter expertise (SME) on the different types of intelligence in support of Mission Command training
• Develop and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet training needs, establishing course content and objectives
• Design, analyze, test, and modify system hardware and software configurations to meet functional specifications based upon user requirements to support exercises and specific training events

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI CI-Poly
• Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial OR at least six (6) years of experience with military training and intelligence training support
• Completion of the Army CGSC, ILE or equivalent level military schooling
• Five (5) years' experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area, including experience actively working within the Intelligence Community (IC) in one of these occupational specialities: IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT or All-Source Intelligence with a background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system
• Subject matter expertise in the Military Intelligence functions/operations, ISR mission requirements, training and planning, along with a knowledgeable understanding of connectivity and capabilities of all Military Intelligence Systems to include how, what they can or will provide to the overall Intelligence Illustration for an exercise
