Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as Bioanalytical Chemistry Intern!

About the Team:
The Bioanalytical (BioA) department provides concentration data of drugs and their metabolites to our clients. This data is obtained from various biological matrices and generated by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis. The team works with clients from method development and validation through sample analysis for pre-clinical and clinical trial studies. The critical data we provide to our clients support the safety and effectiveness of drugs and biologic products.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Attend virtual and in person training sessions to learn laboratory techniques and processes.

• Identify, design, and deliver an initiative that improves a process or service in the bioanalytical department.

• Work hands on in a GLP lab by assisting chemists with analysis with the goal of being able to perform experiments independently.

• Job shadow with a range of experience levels and explore the variety of opportunities available.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards bachelor's degree in chemistry or related scientific field.

• Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment.

• Basic knowledge of computers and software programs.
