Job Description Summary

We are looking for an engaged, open-minded and well-motivated intern, to support the development and implementation of global legal entities governance projects. This paid internship will provide you with insight into the corporate governance and compliance of GE Vernova legal entities in South East Asia.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of global legal entities governance projects.
• Drive and manage implementation of legal entities governance tools.
• Implement a system for on-going support and training of legal entities tool users in the region.
• Admin duties where required

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Business Law
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and
• Familiarity with web technologies
• Willingness and ability to work full-time for 6 months period
• Period start : March 2025
• Fluency in English
• Prior internship or work experience in an office environment- preferred but not essential
