We're seeking an intern to work in our Borgaretto Plant in the EHS Department.

Job Description

"Bring them home safely" is our top priority and as a part of our team you will play a key role in make sure everyone in our Plant works in a safe and healthy environment. Practically, you will support the everyday activities of the EHS Plant team and you will be in charge of a project of visual management improvement at the workstations.

This role will give you the possibility to experience the process of sandcasting in a Plant where environment, health and safety are a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site EHS performances against KPIs;
• Participate and support improvement plans;
• Support the risk assessment process;
• Support the EHS procedure and instruction implementation;
• Support the organization of training activities;
• Participate in Genba activities to improve safety and health at Site;
• Develop a project of visual management at the workstation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering or similar from an accredited University
• English and Italian fluency, written and verbal
• EU work permit
• MS Office knowledge
