Internship in HR Learning Services with GERMAN language (m/f/d)

Mission:

Location & commitments:

  • Paid internship, contract of mandate for min. 3 months, min. 20 hours of work/week,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street),
  • hybrid model.

Your IMPACT:
  • Cooperating with Learning Coordinators, Scrum Master, and your direct Manager,
  • support for the organization trainings - administration and logistics,
  • Employee support in training - support, answer questions,
  • training administration: registration of training in the internal system, sending invitations to participants,
  • extracting training reports,
  • sending communication to Employees - promotion of trainings,
  • monitoring and maintaining quality,
  • contact with trainers and external suppliers,
  • translation and proofreading of texts,
  • collaboration with other teams.


Your Profile:
  • Student status in the related business area preferred,
  • proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel,
  • experience: preferably in HR field, corporation environment, activities in student organizations, volunteering, internships,
  • teamwork and excellent communication skills,
  • good self-organizations skills and proactivness,
  • attention to details.

Languages:
  • Fluency in English and GERMAN (verbal and written).
  • Spanish, Italian, French, Polish as a nice to have.
