IT Analyst

Job Description

Support of Infrastructure hardware/equipment/buildout across multiple buildings. This job supports local and remote users accessing corporate, local and legacy services and hardware. Tasks vary depending on site and shift, but will include basic networking, Active Directory, VM environments, Printers, PCs and servers. 

Qualifications

Proficient with:
Windows 7-Win11 system build & support (laptop & desktop) 
Windows Server 2008 - 2022 system management & support (physical and virtual)
Office365, TEAMS, OneDrive, Symantec AV, 
Ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Equipment and asset management (inventory and administrative maintenance)

Installation, configuration and support of:
Networked and local Laser and Thermal printers (Sato, Zebra)
MFP (multi-functional printers)
Network switches (assist corporate team)

Build, configuration, installation/rollout and support of:
Wired and wireless PCs/Laptops, including shared access systems.
Android RF devices & Tablets

Troubleshooting communication, hardware, and application issues.

Able to work with users at varied skill levels on factory floor and in admin areas.

 Shift requirement:
Able to work M-F 9 hour days (8 + 1hour lunch) with a possibility of daily OT or additional shift on weekends for special projects or business specific needs (seldom, but possible).
Job is currently for 1st shift.

Physical abilities required:
Able to safely lift and move objects weighing 50/60 lbs.
Able to regularly access tight or low spaces at irregular angles such as under a desk, behind a production system stand, etc.
Able to routinely walk site as needed for user support, up to 5 miles daily on concrete floors.
