Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Client Engineering team with daily tasks, testing and deployment of Windows 11 operating system. This will include any documentation and components that are required for image deployment. Majority of time will be spent helping with Windows 11 deployment, computer imaging, labeling, logistics and preparation work for OS Image deployment.

This role is based in Madison, WI.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work in collaboration with the Client Engineering Team and assist with Window 11 Deployment project
- Work in collaboration with the Client Engineering Team and assist with daily tasks / issues
- Learn and follow Client Eng. Team processes, standards and procedures
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by Manager
- Administer and support end-user device management systems including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Manage and maintain conference room technology standards.
- Responsible for working with team members to maintain and document new and update old standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Service Desk.
- Responsible for intermediate troubleshooting of Desktop/Client configuration changes and Active Directory support.
- Responsible for intermediate Application Management using industry-standard deployment tools; including SCCM, monitoring, and health reporting.
- Participate in IT and cross-functional team projects as a key resource for deploying, maintaining, and upgrading end-user devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, managers, and customers.
- Detailed oriented, organized, and have excellent follow-up skills.

- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

- Ability to work designated schedule.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to work overtime, as needed.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
- Ability to use a telephone through a headset.
- Ability to work seated for approximately 50% of a typical working day. Ability to work standing for approximately 50% of a typical working day.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day.
- Ability and means to travel 10% between local onsite locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively pursuing educational advancement through a secondary or post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems, including Windows operating system, web applications, databases and end user applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
Salary Range:
$34,000.00 - $54,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
