IT Coordinator - Clemson Home Dining

Job Description

IT Coordinator is responsible for assisting managers with administrative tasks such as implementing new software/hardware, tracking and correcting hardware issues, placing orders, and training employees on new programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage credit card machines (POS terminals and portable machines)
• Main point of contact between on-site staff, subcontractors, and Aramark IT for:
  • Cbord
  • Tiger One Office
  • Aramark IT
  • Clemson Network Group
  • Grubhub
    • submit and track tickets for all systems. Manage this process from start to finish
• Maintenance of PDM/POS menus and menu boards
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of timeclock issues
• Project management of implementation of new software and hardware on campus
• Training class for management team on specified IT software/hardware
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment on campus. Work with Sr. Controller to review monthly charges of current inventory
• Manage the printer contract with specified vendor from start to finish
• Troubleshoot all computer-related IT issues on campus
• Complete special projects as needed
• Complete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent training certificate
• 2-3 years work experience in food service
• Ability to adapt and learn new software and systems
• Maintain a professional image
• Ability to remain stationary for a period of time
• Repetitive motion is required; involving typing, filing and use of hands and wrists.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift >25lbs.
• Ability to manage a project from start to finish
