Purpose and Objective:

Ariba, Inc. seeks an IT Data and Analytics Senior Specialist at our Pittsburg, PA location to use deep knowledge of SAP tools and Business Processes to contribute to development of new Business Intelligence solutions.

Expectations and Tasks:

Design, develop, and support SAP Business Solutions in collaboration with cross functional and cross country teams. Create novel data models and views and convert requirements to representable reports and dashboards. Lead development independently including discussions with internal customers for requirement analysis and conversion to technical solutions. Communicate with customers on new feature designs and implement it into solutions, reports, and dashboards. Deliver Products and features based on the accepted timeline. Manage product cycle including deployment and maintenance. Manage new feature implementation and migration for applications. Collaborate with SAP teams on the deployment and migration of SAP products. Review the developed code and technical aspects of applications so that they conform to SAP code guidelines, security aspects, performance, and scalability standards. Perform complex software and feature development to keep SAP ahead of the market. Create new business solutions for SAP and contribute to their ongoing software development. Mentor team members to help them grow their expertise which includes technical as well as domain knowledge.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Position requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following: • SAP Web Business Intelligence;• SAP Hana;• SAP Analytics Cloud;• ReactJs;• Angular;• SQL Server;• Spring Boot;• Java;• C#;• Oracle;• Python;• Oracle Business Publisher;• Google Web Toolkit;• Oracle Forms; and• Data Analytics and Transformation.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $110,880.00 - $188,672.00. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $126,000.00 - $214,400.00 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
