概要:

日本のインフラエンジニアとして日本のインフラストラクチャー業務全般及びサイバーセキュリティ関連の業務を担当するポジションです。インフラストラクチャー業務では、サイトサポート業務をメインとし、必要に応じてServer、Network、Telecom関連のプロジェクトサポートも行います。

サイトサポート業務では、日本にアサインされたインシデント、タスク等を処理します。サイバーセキュリティ業務では、日本のサイバーセキュリティ担当として社員のセキュリティ意識を向上させる為の活動をリードして頂きます。全ての業務においてGlobal teamとコミュニケーションを取る事が多い業務です。

【入社後の流れ】

まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート。Site support業務のOJTを実施して、サイバーセキュリティ業務の引継ぎを実施します。Network, Server, Telecomに関しては必要に応じて実施します。

役割:

• 日本のSite support担当
• 日本のサイバーセキュリティ担当（企画立案、運用）
• 各インフラプロジェクトのサポート

スキル・経験（必須）:

• 3年以上のヘルプデスクおよびチケットシステムの経験
• 言語:日本語-ビジネスレベル（N1レベルのコミュニケーション）英語-ビジネス レベル（海外カウンターパートとコミュニケショーンがとれること）
• ユーザーとの円滑なコミュニケーションスキル
• パソコン、複合機、ネットワーク機器などの基本的なハードウェアの知識と、オペレーティングシステム（Windows、macOSなど）や主要なソフトウェア（Microsoft Office、ブラウザなど）の知識を有している事
• ネットワークのTCP/IP、LAN、WANなどの基本的なネットワーク概念の理解している事
• 基本的なセキュリティ対策やウイルス対策に関する知識を有している事
• マルウェア、フィッシング、DDoS攻撃などのサイバー脅威についての知識
• 技術的な問題を迅速に診断し、解決する能力
• 他のチームメンバーや部門と協力して問題を解決する能力

スキル・経験（歓迎）:

• ベンダーマネージメント
• デバイスマネージメントツールの知識（Microsoft Intune）
• NIST、ISO 27001、CIS Controlsなどのセキュリティフレームワークの理解
• デジタルフォレンジックの技術の理解

Role

• Provide perfect site support in Japan
• Lead cyber security planning and operations
• Support various infrastructure projects, including server, network, and telecom initiatives

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless site support, handling incidents and tasks assigned to Japan
• Lead cyber security efforts, raising awareness among employees and safeguarding our systems
• Collaborate with teams across different locations to successfully implement infrastructure projects
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with a proven approach
• Maintain and manage hardware and software, including PCs, network equipment, and operating systems

Skills/Experience (Required)

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and ticketing systems
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• Good interpersonal skills when interacting with end users
• Knowledge of basic hardware and operating systems, including Windows and macOS
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN
• Familiarity with security measures and cyber threats

Skills/Experience (Preferred)

• Experience in vendor management
• Knowledge of device management tools like Microsoft Intune
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
• Familiarity with digital forensics techniques
