About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is looking for a talented IT Manager who can create and maintain a stable, secure technology environment for our employees and facilities. This is a unique opportunity to lead the IT team for a growing brand and take on a large amount of responsibility.
The IT Manager will focus on three key areas: owning and maintaining secure access to enterprise-wide software tools, ensuring all employees are equipped with appropriate technology (laptops, etc.), and managing and maintaining technology at our facilities (networks, conferencing rooms, printers, etc.). The IT Manager will support employees at two locations: our headquarters and our production facility, both located in the Los Angeles area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in technology and wants a blend of both strategic and technical work, as the role will require both planning technology initiatives and doing day-to-day work to maintain a stable technology environment. It is also an ideal role for someone who likes to collaborate with others, as the IT Manager will be partnering with teams across Dr. Squatch to ensure our technology is serving our employees effectively.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Analytics & Strategy.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $150,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

- Partner with vendors to purchase and implement hardware and software as needed
- Support troubleshooting of employee devices, networks, printers, and other technology at our facilities
- Establish relationships with employees across Dr. Squatch to ensure that our technology is serving them effectively
- Drive the technical direction of the IT function; anticipate future challenges and act accordingly
- Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure that the most important needs are addressed first
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technology management role
- Thorough understanding of end user computing platforms and technologies including desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware, as well as software and service offerings from major vendors
- High proficiency in Kaseya, Jamf, Okta, or similar tools
- Strong technical problem solving skills

- Experience working in a cloud-first/SaaS-first technology environment preferred

- Problem solver with a sense of urgency
