1Password is being shared with new people every day and we’re adding people to our team to keep up. We’re looking for an IT-Ops Analyst to help make sure our team has reliable technical support. As a member of the Technology Org Team you’ll contribute to an approachable and friendly IT Team.

This position is expected to work during normal Pacific Standard Time zone working hours.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

• 2-5 years of work experience in an IT role in a Mixed OS and SAAS environment.

• A passion for learning and helping others.

• Experience with scalable ticketing systems including automated workflows and integrations to other systems.

• Great attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate at any tech level.

• Adept at translating tech jargon to casual conversation.

• Personal experience with 1Password is an asset.

• Provide day to day IT support for employees across 1Password.

• Know how to prioritize and manage your time well.

• Be comfortable to contribute clear and concise how-to manuals and knowledge base content.

• Identify patterns based upon prior troubleshooting experience in order to diagnose symptoms and causes.

• Listen to and provide mentorship to others and welcome the same.

• Possess the ability to adapt to changing workflows and work with minimal supervision.

USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $87000 USD and $117000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $77000 CAD and $104000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.
