We are looking for a passionate and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us find the best talent for data-related positions (e.g., Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer).

Responsibilities
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, professional forums, databases, etc.)
  • Engaging with candidates from initial contact to contract signing
  • Understanding business needs and identifying suitable profiles
  • Following and executing recruitment strategies for data positions
  • Organizing and conducting interviews, as well as coordinating technical assessments
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers, technical and marketing teams
  • Participation in Data meetups conferences
  • Tracking recruitment metrics (KPIs) and preparing reports
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, focusing on data positions
  • Solid understanding of data-related sourcing methods and keywords (e.g., SQL, Python, ETL, Big Data, ML, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English & Hungarian, both written and spoken
