Janitor/Custodian / (early morning weekend and weekdays about 30 hrs.a week

Early Morning shift(5:00am-8:00am Monday-Friday and 5:00am-11:00am on weekends and holidays) main responsibilities - restrooms, trash, vac, mop ect... BUILDING LOCATED NEAR AIRPORT - Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces - Sweep, mop, vacuum - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean mirrors, and glass surfaces - Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor REQUIREMENTS 1. MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE 2. MUST HAVE VEHICLE 3. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK EXPERIENCE ** MOST IMPORTANT WORKS WELL AROUND PEOPLE ** - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques - Strong attention to detail Summary As a Janitor/Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial facility during early morning hours on weekends, weekdays and holidays. Your core skills in cleaning, custodial experience, and floor care will ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants. With a focus on industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices. A valid driver's license is required, and your relevant skills in porter duties and facilities maintenance will enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.
