Summary We are seeking a reliable Janitor to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to quality service.We have 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) & 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) openings. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. • Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. • Buff and polish floors as needed to maintain appearance. • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required to support facility operations. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
