About the team:

We are a fintech, so technology is the most important part of our product! Product engineering teams are primarily responsible for keeping Trustly running and ensuring that we can continue to grow at an accelerated pace. We are the guardians of business rules and integrations with our partners. When we are not directly responsible for this, we provide an interface with the necessary information for other teams to do.

What you'll do:

• Develop software that processes a large volume of data;
• Ensuring that consumers can pay safely and simply;
• Ensuring that Merchants have the best possible experience, with a reliable and scalable service;
• Create tools and solutions so that the company can make the best decisions;
• Help maintain the stability of our platform to maintain zero downtime.

Who you are:

• Solid knowledge of object-oriented languages, mainly Java;
• Solid knowledge of software engineering concepts;
• Solid knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases;
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript;
• Have ownership and focus on solutions;
• Ability to work with remote and international teams;
• Ability to communicate clearly and objectively;
• English - Fluency is not required, but you do need to feel comfortable participating in a meeting.
